First, note that towing a trailer is not recommended by Honda and it could void the warranty.

The trailer is built to carry more than the limited 360 pounds of total gear into the car (including the people on board). Having the weight on the trailer wheels permit to carry more. The tongue weight varies from 5 to 15 pounds and does not disturb the driving height of the rear suspension.

Here is a view of the original trailer parts: 4'x4' trailer, 3'x4' aluminum plate and the 18 cubic feet cargo box

	The trailer is drafting behind the car.

Side rear view

	No MPG impact was noticed when the trailer is empty. The aerodinamic has not changed.

	Only the tires and wheel covers have to somewhat "cut" through the air

	The trailer's tires run in the same track as the rear tires of the car

	The security chain is attached to the two "Eyes" of the hitch

Red trailer side view

	View of the trailer. It has a SportRack 18 cubic feet box.
	The box is bolted on an 3 x 6 foot aluminum plate 1/16 thick.
	The inside floor has 1 1/2 inch cushioning to prevent damaging the stuff it carries.
	It has two key locks.

	The trailer is secured to the ground with a 5 foot x 2 1/2 inch plumbing tube that has a 1 /78 inch ball welded.
	The tube was nailed 4 foot into the ground with a big hammer

Wheel cover

	View of the wheel covers. It was made out of an 8 inch golf cart cover and a Honda Civic hub cover.
	The rims where painted black to help hide it and create the illusion of a real mag.
	The tires and rims are 4.80 x 8 standard trailer wheels

	A lever will unlock the support to lower the wheel

	The support is made out of the removed spring leafs.
	The rim is held by a chromed exhaust tube welded to the leaf/
	It has an hinge to lower the wheel and a tie-rap to prevent the locking bolt to unscrew accidentally

	You can see that I had reduced the trailer width so the axel and the trailer frame was cut and welded back
